I found a few disappointments. The room was not cleaned to a high standard. There was dust on surfaces. the gym was quite small, and some equipment was out of service.

The renovated room featured good air conditioning. The bed was comfortable, I slept very well. The hotel's location was convenient. It was close to transport and shops. I appreciated the team, they are professional.

The bathroom toiletries were limited. I wish there was more soap.

The new decor throughout was acceptable. I guess

The fridge in the room definitely wasn't cold enough. My dog's food spoiled, and the front desk staff didn't care. i asked if they could waive one of the dog fees since the fridge was useless. also, i accidentally walked into the breakfast room and was told i had to pay 19 euros just for stepping inside. It reminded me of i was being treated like a criminal

I appreciated the automatic doors at the entrance. They were a nice touch. My room had a kettle and coffee machine. a fridge with items available for purchase, super useful. I really enjoyed the housekeeping service, and it was wonderful to return to a freshly made bed each day.

The staff seemed unwilling to resolve a specific issue , placing the responsibility on me to solve a problem with the room instead of treating me as a guest.
